At Angel Valley Funeral Home & Old Pueblo Crematory, we have the resources to meet your every need, all under one roof. Your dedicated funeral director will work with you to put together a personalized package-one that takes into consideration your religious and cultural traditions, your personal preferences and your financial means.  If you choose to have a cremation service we have the knowledge of knowing your loved will not be moved from our facility to another one for the cremation process.  We have our crematory located on site for your needs.

Your deceased family member never leaves our care. We are among the very few funeral homes to be involved with the cremation process from start to finish in Tucson. We don’t contract with another company and hope for the best. Through our ownership of Old Pueblo Crematory, we can guarantee that the cremation process is conducted with dignity, care and with professional accountability.

We cremate only one person at a time and this is all completed in our on site crematory. It takes more effort to ensure that the cremation is handled with care, dignity, and high standards. To assure that your loved one is being cared for appropriately, we adhere to a rigid 17 Point Pre-Cremation Checklist in every cremation process. Our staff has committed to these high standards. We are southern Arizona’s first crematory to encourage your personal inspection of our facility.

Our staff members are certified in accordance with the State of Arizona and our facility is a member of The Cremation Association of North America and the National Funeral Directors Association. We strictly adhere to a Cremation Code of Ethics, which is an assurance to you of our commitment to dignity and honesty in dealing with the public. Cremation is the process of reducing the body of the deceased to fragments of bone by intense heat and direct flame. Our funeral directors can explain the process of cremation in as much detail as you prefer. If you are considering scattering we would recommend you ask us to prepare you for what you will see upon opening the urn. Our Cremation Authorization form goes into some detail in explaining the cremation process, our policies and procedures. You will receive a copy of the completed form upon the completion of the arrangements.

Direct Cremation plans start at 815.00 plus cash advanced items made on behalf of the family.

Traditional Cremation options with a full service funeral package including the ceremonial casket, removal, embalming, dressing & casketing,visitation & services at our chapel or your church with the funeral coach, our staff and our standard memorial package

This package price is $2900.00 complete plus any cash advances made on behalf of the family. 

Some families want to just be able to have the person present during a mass at their church without any visitation or viewing. At Angel Valley Funeral Home these plans can start as low as 1650.00 plus a cremation casket to hold the remains at the church and then be cremated in our on site crematory.  We have a solid wood ceremonial casket that can be used for this type of service.  This package does not include any cash advances made on behalf of the family. However it does include everything shown above with the exception of the embalming and visitation.

This package price is 2250.00 complete. (Includes use of ceremonial casket)

• Ceremonies, Services and Gatherings - A traditional funeral ceremony includes a visitation, a formal service at the location of your choice, and transportation to a cemetery. Other public or private gatherings may include a Graveside Service or a Memorial Service. , and selecting music.

We can offer ideas to help your family plan a unique memorialization, such as displaying memorabilia and photographs, creating memorial folders
  
  
• Caring for your Loved One's Remains Trust -  our experience and professionalism when it comes to transferring, forwarding or receiving remains; embalming; preparation; sheltering; cremation; or immediate burial.
  
  
• Final Placement - Your family may request a burial or scattering at a cemetery, or on private land. We can help you make all the necessary arrangements for these types of services.
  
  
• Products and Merchandise - Choose from a large selection of caskets, vaults, urns, and markers. We also offer a variety of personalization items, such as memory boxes and other keepsakes.
  
  
• Transportation Services -  Hearses, limousines and service vehicles are available, based on your family's needs.
  
  
• Cash Disbursements, Filing Services and Benefits Assistance - For your convenience, we can pay others on your behalf. We can also assist you with certain paperwork, such as filing permits and documents; securing veteran, social security, or insurance benefits, handling wills & probates; and obtaining certified copies of the death certificate.
